Schafers in America Update 9/22/2012

Mason woke up this morning first and wanted to tell me that he had a dream about the yogurt bottles, and really wanted one.  We do not have any, so a powered doughnut had to work.  Both the kids slept great, Madi came in at 6:45 and slept in the bed with me for 15 minutes before Mason came in to tell us of his visions.  Once we ate breakfast off to work we went, doing laundry.  Madi is quite fond of helping with the laundry, while Mas just wants to explore the basement.  At the time of this message all clothes are washed, hung and put away.  I recorded Batman Returns, and we watched about an hour of it before Mason wanted me to turn it over to Superman 2 which is also now on the DVR.

I have good news and bad news, the good news is that I found my iPod in the basement, the bad news, and the same time we lost the phone in the basement.  Mason was crushed, and just sat on the floor not wanting to come back up stairs.  He came up with the idea that someone came down to the basement and stole it, when in all actuality he hid it somewhere from Madi and forgot where he put it.

This afternoon we spent the day at Uncle Alan's house helping with the yard, and sprinklers.  Katie wears a size 6.  After quickly cleaning up we all went to Chili's for Andrews birthday.  The kids are staying at Grammy's and Granddad's tonight, so they can play with the scooter, and rock'em sock'em robots.  I will go and pick them up tomorrow after naps.

We miss you very much, and Mas has finally got the idea in his head that you will be gone for awhile, so he is helping me try to explain it to Madi, every time she asks for you.  It is almost 10 pm here, 6am there so I am guessing that I will be going to bed as you are waking up.
